Classes will be taught by Lisa Byrd, an experienced trainer.

Lisa Byrd has been training dogs for the past 20 years. She has experience in AKC, UKC, ASCA, and Sieger Shows. Lisa has titled dogs in Obedience, Rally, Tracking, Herding, Agility, Schutzhund, and Carting. She has taught novice obedience class, rally class, family manners, Canine Good Citizen classes and puppy obedience classes. Lisa's method of training is with positive reinforcement and her goal is preparing dogs to be confident and friendly companions. Along with basic obedience classes - Lisa also trains dogs for competition obedience and rally obedience. 

Classes Include:

• Puppy Genius Classes (Puppy Obedience)

Come and have fun while keeping the bond with your puppy! Learn basic commands like - 'sit', 'stay', 'come', 'wait', 'leave it'.....and so much more!

• Basic Obedience Classes (Adult Obedience)

These classes are geared for the older puppies/dogs - a refresher course for some basic obedience skills. Who said you "can't teach an old dog new tricks"?

• Canine Good Citizenship AKC

The AKC's Canine Good Citizen program is the gold standard of behavior for dogs in our communities.  Canine Good Citizen is part of the AKC Family Dog Program and many dog owners choose CGC as their first step in training their dogs. It also provides a great foundation for getting started in dog sports.
