Use your pet portal to request routine vaccine and grooming appoinments, prescription refills, or to simply ask a question. All you have to do is give us you email address to get started, or simply request a pet portal through the pet portal login button on the home page.
Please note that it can sometimes take up to 7 days for changes to appear in the Pet Portal.
For example, if your pet comes in for annual vaccines and you don’t see the changes in your pet portal the next day, this is normal. We do have the correct information in our system here at the hospital from the moment you are billed out, however, the update into the pet portal websites can take some time so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
