The receptionists here at Yalesville are very important members of our hospital team. The Receptionists' duties include answering the phones, booking appointments for our clients, and admitting patients for surgery and/ or daily testing. Seeing that our receptionists are the first people you meet, they strive to make your visit to our hospital a pleasant experience not only for you, but the members of your pet family.
Nakishah has been at Yalesville Vet Hospital since 2005. She has said she feels like she has been working at Yalesville Vet Hospital forever, "we are definately like a family" here. She has dogs of her own who have been treated at YVH as well and it has always been a wonderful and positive experience. She said "like any job, we have our busy days and crazy days but I love it"!!!!! "My goal is to make each day a great experience for the clients and their pets as well as for me".
