A lifelong animal lover, Emily attended Suffield High School as part of the Agri-Science program where she focused on the Animal Science track. She was also a member of the FFA and showed dairy cattle in 4-H for 12 years. In addition, Emily and her family have fostered many dogs and cats for a rescue group in New York.
Emily came to Yalesville with a background in human medicine and she has a great working knowledge of medication. She enjoys working with both the doctors and clients researching medications and alternate ways of delivery to make giving those medications easier for both the client and the pets, enhancing the "human / animal bond".
Emily lives in Meriden with her husband, two children, two dogs, two cats, a guinea pig, and two rabbits. She enjoys meeting new animals every day at work and being part of the care team.
